IIJU Films wouldn't exist if it weren't for a mixture of boredom and unused creativity that lead to opportunity. In 2009 a group of friends decided to kill some time with an old video camera and a bunch of crazy ideas. They began posting a series of short sketches on YouTube. This became an annual event leading to ever more elaborate stories and interesting characters.
Today
After 3 years, they knew that this was what they wanted to do. Deciding to move from simple sketch comedy to Narrative filmmaking, IIJU Films was born in 2012 when we began planning our first short film due to be released this summer.
